Hotel Milano Scala

I stayed at Milano Scala for 2 nights and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is excellent in every aspect, from the air conditioning facilities to the cleanliness. The decor is modern and hip, and the price was reasonable. The female reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I must mention Romano, the manager of the roof terrace, who provided exceptional customer service. His recommendations for nightlife were spot on, making my stay memorable. I enjoyed it so much that when I returned to Milan, I booked the hotel again.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The staff was outstanding, always friendly and helpful. The location was super convenient for work and walking to meetings, saving me the frustration of traffic. The roof bar was a nice plus and the harp at breakfast was peaceful and impressive.

We were delighted with the beautiful bed linens and thick white towels provided by Hotel Milano Scala. As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find a great location with easy access to local vegetarian and vegan restaurants. The patient and well-informed front desk staff were incredibly helpful in recommending local dining options. The hotel also offered an awesome breakfast with delicious vegetarian and vegan options. The cozy and comfortable atmosphere, along with the nice green spaces, added to the overall experience. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Almost perfect.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as we could easily walk to all the highlights, yet it was situated in a quiet area. The hotel had great facilities, including a lovely rooftop bar and a balcony with beautiful views. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good.

We stayed at this place for two nights and it was amazing. The location is perfect, right in the historic center and close to everything we wanted to do, including the theatre. The service was impeccable - room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance were all available. The room was beautiful with a balcony, and it had all the amenities we needed like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, which made our stay even better.

We definitely recommend staying at this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

Nothing is perfect.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Brera, a great neighborhood with easy access to the city center. The rooms are comfortable and some offer stunning views. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast spread is delicious, and the hotel even features live music during breakfast. The rooftop bar is a great place to relax and enjoy the city views.

Some guests have reported that the hotel could improve its cleanliness and maintenance.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right behind La Scala theatre in the center of Milan's historic center. It allowed us to easily access everything we wanted to do and see. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely attentive and friendly. They gave us a warm welcome and showed great attention to customer service. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony with a lovely view. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace and outdoor rooftop area which added to the overall experience.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the train station, the castle, the Duomo, museums, and theatres. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. the hotel had a lovely green setting with plant-covered internal balconies and a good roof garden. It was a breath of fresh air, even in the winter.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the breakfast service on Sunday morning was a letdown.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Milan and it was a fantastic experience. The location was superb, with a lovely coffee shop just steps away and landmarks of Centro Milano within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and great service from the staff. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options. The hotel also had a rooftop bar with stunning views of the city. it was a wonderful stay with all the necessary facilities and room advantages.

The only downside was that the noise from the terrace above could be bothersome at times.

The highlight of our stay was the fabulous breakfast with live music. The harpist played beautiful Irish tunes, creating a relaxing and pampering atmosphere. The location of the hotel was ideal, great to easily explore the city's main attractions and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.
